Yup, its true. And the people of Britain are worried that the banks will be nationalization with this one step closer to owning all the banks.
The shares for the Royal Bank of Scotland have went down today because of this.

I wonder how long it will be before Obama issues a second one for America? I think that the whole world is heading for an economic crash.
