My opinion is that you're an idiot! "So what if she choose to keep all 8 babies, plus the 6 she already has? It is her body, now isn't?" Are you kidding? People have every right to be pissed and to judge her because they are having to pay for her. Not just with these kids but for the kids she has, and they've been paying for years. If she was self-sufficient then that's fine, but she doesn't do a damn thing and everyone else has to pay for her. Have you seen how often she's out and about? We've got three kids and we hardly ever get out. She a piece of crap, period!!

Where did she get the money to have the artificial insemination procedure? And, could that money have been better spent in caring for the children she already had? Having a great responsibility before her, did she not go significantly out of her way to accrue a far greater responsibility, without taking the necessary measures to ensure she could meet the responsibility she already had?

Why don't we blame the government instead? After all, they're the ones taking the tax money and distributing it around like candy.

Supposedly, we are the ones who empower and direct our government.

Instead of condemning her for having more kids than she can take care of, we should perhaps be commending her for finding an ingeniuos way of taking care of them. She has become a kind of a celebrity, and in doing so, has found an inventive way of making money.

I feel so badly for Ms. Suleman. She is clearly mentally disturbed (not for having lots of kids, but for the WHYs of it). She paid for the IVF using a disability settlement - her disability was PTSD/mental breakdown. She started getting pregnant soon after. I have also heard she had plastic surgery in order to look more like a celebrity she idolizes.

Her doctor should be prosecuted - I understant they are looking into revoking his license. He obviously did not care about the PATIENT, but about collecting his fees.

I am glad she is getting a reality show, actually. At least SOMEONE will be watching (and hopefully helping).

Children ADD to the prosperity of a family and the country. They are not merely burdensome expenses. Don't forget - they are also future taxpayers and voters!

Neither the communists nor the Obamanistas have much propensity for that. They are dysfunctional; it is all about power masked by ideology.

China's attempt to control population by forcing families to have only one child, including through the use of retroactive abortion (!), has led to exactly the disaster you describe; permitted one child, families want a boy, so they silently kill female babies and try again. Now they are having some real problems.

But, Sweden has had similar problems, though the causes have not been so extreme. Swedish women were taught that they needed to avoid childbearing and have careers in order to be modern. Then, with less births, there were fewer young workers to pay for a welfare state with an aging population. So, they began to bring in people from Third World countries -- and now they have Muslim ghettoes with young Muslim men who prey on a host culture that can't defend itself, and anyone who tries to suggest this is branded and persecuted for racism.

Don't think the Obamanistas will learn from any of this. It must be remembered that it is somehow America's fault that there are these disasters in China and Sweden, but now that Obama is here to save us, things will get better -- provided we give ourselves to Obama, mind, body and soul.
