Bill Gates maybe crying today.
Yahoo today released a statement that states "substantially undervalues" their worth. Though the offer was $44.6 billion, Yahoo says its not in the best intrest for them.
Microsoft is believed to take it to Yahoo share holders,and that alone could hurt Yahoo. Unless they unveil a plan,the share holders might just tell the CEO to accept.
Now i dislike MSN and Microsoft,and i would stop using Yahoo if they get bought by Microsoft.

I don't like it when companies by up companies,period.
I like yahoo and msn and for what they are. they don't need to merge
